| 129622 | 2003-03-20 06:49:00 | Hi There My OS is Win XP Home Edn. I use MS office 97. Recently I found my daughter using Incredimal in my computer. I asked her as I foudn something was not right as it preceded th OExpress whenever I logged into the web. It was deleted. Now the problem is that my Address Book is empty! There is nothing in the book to see or search or correct. It is purely actionless or motionless! What happened. What do I do. Could someone please tell. ramu |

| 129623 | 2003-03-20 11:58:00 | Search for files ending with wab and pab. These are the address books for OE and OL wab files are associated with Outlook Express and pab files are associated with Outlook If using profiles in either OE or OL, check that another profile has not been created and that is set as the default. |

| 129624 | 2003-03-21 08:02:00 | Thanks Merilin. May be this is going to escalate a bit further and going to take more time from you. How/Where do I go to check the Profiles and see the OE file wab has been overridden by pab or any another file. Thanks. ramu |

| 129625 | 2003-03-21 23:23:00 | Use Start - Search to locate files ending in wab or pab. Use the Windows Help for further instructions. |
