Use their "PC Wizard" to put together your computers to your specs. I have never purchased a PC from them, however I know of someone who has (over 20 PCs) which so far have had no problems over the last 2 years.

http://www.pricespy.co.nz compares the price of parts from a lot of different NZ computer parts retailers. Have a look there if you're planning to build your own computers.

129841 2003-03-21 05:51:00 www.pricespy.co.nz - Lowest Prices on parts.

www.starlyte.co.nz - Good service, recently bought a VGA off them, no credit card transaction however. Wellington

www.qmb.co.nz - Cheap! maybe lacking in quality however. Auckland

129842 2003-03-21 07:52:00 Hi

Use the qmb.co.nz PC builder and choose your own quality. You can do the same at other online stores as well. Good place to go and check prices as stated above is pricespy but its also a great place for links to online stores. Check out the stores at pricespy with consistently low prices on product first then follow the link to the store to see if they follow through for system or pc builder/upgrade pricing. I mention upgrade because you may have perfectly good key boards, monotors, CD drives, mice, etc, that you don't have to replace.

PS. Check warrenty info.

129843 2003-03-21 08:11:00 I just bought a couple for work from Dell. May not be the cheapest around but the ones we have had have been good. Struck a problem with the HDD on one of the new ones. I'm expecting the tech to replace it Monday. wotz (335)
129844 2003-03-21 10:15:00 I had a go with the QMB site. It's PC Builder is hard to find, and hard to use. I find the Paradigm PCs wizard far easier (and cheaper too). http://www.pp.co.nz. somebody (208)
