| 129808 | 2003-03-21 05:19:00 | I was wondering if there was an answer to my sisters problem, she has a slight problem with her email "connection"???? Every time she tries to read her emails the damn thing always goes to the Cannot display this page screen??? Im stumped....All the connections are in place properly and I dont think there is anything wrong with her internet connection as she is allowed to attempt to login to as far as entering her email address and password, if msn messenger goes then shouldnt her emails work also??? | 129811 | 2003-03-21 09:31:00 | ok, what type of email is it? Is it a web based email eg Hotmail, yahoo or pop account, eg ihug, xtra? How is she trying to read emails, eg using outlook expressed or webmail eg www . hotmail . com . It is possible to use msn messenger and have problems with email as you are having now but we will need details on how this problem is occuring and what you have tried . sam m |
