| 129763 | 2003-03-21 01:40:00 | Hi I need to get my Archos Jukebox 6000 MP3 player fixed (thought to be a problem with the hard disk) and have not been able to find anyone who supplies them (and hopefully services them) in New Zealand. The MP3 Player is just beyond it's one year warranty period and it was bought in Australia. I have e-mailed the Archos service division in France who told me to contact my nearest retailer for servicing- this was when I was in London. I could not find anyone there who would service them there (even if they did sell them). Does anyone know of a company in NZ that knows the product and can get spare parts, etc to fix it? |
