| 130517 | 2003-03-24 12:48:00 | I am looking at replacing the monitor on my PC with a 19"Philips 109 s are they anygood.I had also considered the AOC 19" these are CRT models.I am also looking a buying digital camera Canon have a new model coming out the A70 but I am open to other models I had considered the Nikon 4500.and Nikon 4300 I want a camera with a good battery charge and it must take clear pictures.any comments please. | kings (2729) | ||
| 130518 | 2003-03-24 13:02:00 | The 4300 looks like a nice camera. I am sure the results will be fine. I have just upgraded cameras here (now on my 4th) and have come to the conclusion that battery life is the first consideration. I will therefore now only consider cameras that use AA rechargeable or Alkaline cells. The proprietary lithium ion cells with some cameras are very expensive to carry a spare, whereas AA rechargeables are not expensive and now have 2000 mA/hr capacity. You can carry spare AA Alkalines for backup as well. |
