| 130346 | 2003-03-23 09:18:00 | Click on "Start" then "Shutdown" The window which opens has an item called "Shutdown" which will have an arrow on the right hand side. Click on that and a drop down menu will appear with three options one of which is "Restart" which is another word for reboot. Select "Restart" from the drop down menu and click on the "Okay" button to reboot. | Gorela (901) | ||
| 130347 | 2003-03-23 09:26:00 | If you are new to computers and to Windows ME, there is a great book out called "The Complete Idiot's Guide to Windows ME". It contains all the basics in easy to follow instructions including tips on how to look after the health of your PC. There is also a "Dummies guide to ..." version as well, but I think the other book is better. If you do not want to buy the book, a check at your local library should reveal a similiar if not the same book that you could borrow. Happy Computing :-) |
