They take 2 rechargable, replaceable AA's, that last all night and have 2 little LED's in it to do all the work. If I think I'll be back after dark, I put the 12v lamps on... or the outside light! |

They're great for seeing where the steps are, finding your way to that special place in the garden, and all that sort of thing. If you want a work light, roll out an extension cord, and plug in one of them 500W halogen floods that have become so popular. .Clueless |
