A lot of people are paying that much for a PII 400 or similar, so the specs in that machine are very good for the price. I mean you may be able to find something better or cheaper on Trademe, but who knows what you're gonna get going down that track. Also it'll run XP fine, although the HDD could probably be a little bigger (128 for XP would be fine). Mike. |

I think I should really conduct some hardcore investigation (checks) when I view the machine again. Anyone know a good software suitable of finding out the hardware information, bad sectors, etc.?
