| 130200 | 2003-03-23 01:56:00 | I just bought a replacement toner cartridge for my HP LaserJet 5L Printer. After following the instructions for the toner installation and reinistalling the printer onto my system, I found that nothing was being printed. I tried several test pages and various documents but to no avail not a single hint of black any where on the printing paper. Does anybody have any idea as to what the problem could be. |

Also, did the original toner start giving patchy printing or did you suddenly get blank sheets? If the latter, it may be a printer fault. Cheers Billy 8-{) |

This will cause the printer to print a test page from it's own onboard program. If it is the printer, remove the cartridge and holding it by the handle, shake it from side to side, keeping it horizontal. Then put it back in and try. | Pheonix (280) | ||
