Hi, we have a desktop, laptop and iPad in the house. Desktop is the main family computer and emails syncs just fine between desktop and iPad (can receive on both and both mirror each other in terms of what is sitting in the inbox). However whenever I open the laptop email and download emails to the laptop, they don't also download to the desktop and iPad. i.e recently received emails will show on the laptop but not the desktop or iPad. Is this possible to have all 3 sync'd the same so we can view all current emails on any of these devices. Is it because the 'in' address of pop3 is the same on desktop and laptop so only one device can win. Any suggestions so all 3 devices can be relied upon for email. We use an xtra email. Thanks. |

Sounds like the laptop is set to delete the mail from xtra's server after downloading it? |

Set Outlook Express on the laptop to leave mail on the server for a few days
