1307708	2012-10-19 23:02:00	Seen lots of these. Simple scam to extract money from domain name holders. Involves registering your .cn etc domain (maybe even legitimately) at exhobitant rates. Suspect the "other registrant" will then offer more and you will be asked to outbid them.	fred_fish (15241)
