If it's the i9020 / i9020T then it ought to be OK You can get a Galaxy Nexus now brand new for under $600 so I'd still say you could pay $300-ish for one of those if they're in good nick? They're pretty damn find phones and running the latest Jellybean software, overall they'll still give a lot of top-teir phones a decent run for they money overall. Clean and stable.
