| 1306733 | 2012-10-14 03:44:00 | Got a couple of Android smart phones here. Downloaded an app on one of them called "Easy Export" Enables saving of the logs & contacts in excel format. Then this can then be saved to a pc. Seems to work ok Tryed to download same app on the other mobile but is no longer available. Anyone know of a similar app that will save in the same manor? |

Then finally bluetooth the 'apk' to the other phone then install the app. Or else you could (easier way)... 2) Download Sprite Export Tool (play.google.com) and test that out instead. But alternitavly you could find an external download, but could be hazardous ;) Hoped this helped :) |

| 1306735 | 2012-10-14 05:50:00 | Aren't the Contacts held in the Gmail account on your Androids? Why would you want to manage them somewhere else - if they're managed online they are always up-to-date... If you maintain your contacts in Gmail, then the phone(s) - or tablets - you link your Gmail account to will be able to access them. In this day and age there is no need to save contacts to SIM (in fact that's a dumb practice) or anywhere else - unless perhaps your list of contacts in your POP mail on your PC needs updating... |

| 1306742 | 2012-10-14 08:51:00 | You can't use an Android phone without a Gmail account linked to it.This app, and others like it, send Call Logs and SMS messages to a user-specified folder on the Gmail account for easy retrieval or restoration. | johcar (6283) | ||
