Not to worry too much though, the train you just missed was yesterday's, today's won't be along until tomorrow night. It may have been a mistake to accept the ticket machine supply tender from the MTA, even if it was far lower than the others ;) |

Why are the buttons silver on light grey on a white background so you can hardly read them even in good light? Why is the station choice navigation such a nightmare? Why isn't there a payment option that specifically says "Gold Card"? Why can't I use a gold card on an eftpos only machine? What is going to happen when they stop issuing tickets on the train if a machine breaks down? Aaaargh! Because it's a govt dept system. Question for Akld Council: Why can't your system send me a rates bill even though I am in credit? They can't answer that one, suffice to repeat that the system can't and I should stop paying and go into debit and then it will. |

| 1306903 | 2012-10-15 10:24:00 | To be fair, I'm finding punctuality pretty good these days, on the Western Line anyway. Not that I use the train that often, but when I do, its good. To be equally fair, none of the North Shore trains have been late even once this year. ;) |
