1307706 2012-10-19 22:51:00 Dear Manager,
(If you are not the person who is in charge of this, please forward this to your CEO,Thanks]
This email is from China domain name registration center, which mainly deal with the domain name registration in China. We received an application from Hanson Ltd on October 15, 2012. They want to register " safetyhq " as their internet keyword and China/Asia (CN/ASIA) domain names. But after checking it, we find this name conflicts with your company. In order to deal with this matter better, so we send you email and confirm whether this company is your distributor or business partner in China or not?
Best Regards

John

1307707 2012-10-19 22:58:00 Interesting angle, at least I haven't seen it before, I can only assume that its an attempt to engage in communication and then ask me for cash.

I wonder if John from China has a last name.....

1307708 2012-10-19 23:02:00 Seen lots of these.
Simple scam to extract money from domain name holders.

Involves registering your .cn etc domain (maybe even legitimately) at exhobitant rates.
Suspect the "other registrant" will then offer more and you will be asked to outbid them.

We'd see it at work endlessly.
It's a scam.
Who cares about their domains?
