| 130603 | 2003-03-24 23:36:00 | no idea what you are on about here as IE dosn't boot. if you are meaning its not starting up then see what error messages it gives you. you can try a repair by going control panel/ add remove/ Internet Explorer/ repair if that dosn't work then please post details of your system and better discription of the fault. |
