| 130806 | 2003-03-25 10:03:00 | as far as I know paradise doesn't do it. www.paradise.net.nz (Telstra Clear). I'm on JetStart ADSL (128Kbits/sec) and I can get 18kbytes/sec -> 30kbytes/sec usually. |

One is orcon (orcon.net.nz) but you will need check it out. The other one I am not too sure the name of the ISP, Some one else might be able to help. |
