I can't put a ' in front of it as it is then recognized as text, not a number. If I reconvert to a number, it drops the zeroes of the front Can anyone tell me how to put a number starting with zero into an excel column |

If you literally want ten digits then by all means do the custom format 0000000000 Alternatively, if you are wanting 0002765432 as some number (eg 2765432, or 25 or whatever) with three zeros in front you can use the custom format "000"0 or etc etc |
