131011 2003-03-26 07:30:00 I need a driver for an SiS 961 onboard graphics chip...
I need it for redhat 7.2
the stuff it says in my motherboard manual is...

VGA
Embeded 256-bit Embedded AGP Graphics Accelerator with 64MB frame buffer
Supports AGP 4X 266 MHz mode up to 2GB's bandwidth
Supports 333MHz true-color RAMDAC, resolution up to 2048 x 1536 x 16 bpp NI
Supports AGP Rev. 1.0 Spec. Compliant

it would help to have instructions on how to install the driver too

may the 404 be with you...

131012 2003-03-26 08:02:00 Boot the computer and log in as root. Then type xconfigurator to start the graphics set-up "utility".

Everything should be fairly self explanatory after that, but keep those details handy. I can't remember if xconfigurator allows input of your own settings or not.

131014 2003-03-26 11:01:00 who manufactures the motherboard that your onboard graphics are integrated into?

go to your mobo manufacturers website and look for your mobo in the product listing or support archives, most mobo manufacturers do have drivers on their sites...
