| 131606 | 2003-03-28 04:38:00 | Recently my computor has taken it upon itself to dial up and connect to the internet. One brutal solution is to disconnect the phone line. What causes the unrequested connection ?? Am I able to trace the destination of the connection?? Have I picked up a virus or spayware ?? |

Best program for this is Spybot, as it picks up the diallers better for any of the M$ operating systems. | 131611 | 2003-03-28 09:35:00 | Could be one of many programs. Best way to stop it is to go and set your Dial Up Connection to Never Dial a connection. This way when you are ready to make the connection you can do it manually and close it when done. |
