| 131783 | 2003-03-29 22:43:00 | Here I am again. All done, and I have to say, I am astounded by the easiness of the whole process, I mean the transition between the operating systems! All went very smooth, really, and I am now a proud owner of a seemingly powerful new OS. Having said that, I will now have billions of questions regarding this fairly unknown, to me, OS, no doubt. Thank you all for the help and the high level of competency you all have. Keep the good work up. |

| 131784 | 2003-03-29 22:55:00 | Wonderful news! :-) A tip for you: make a restore point now (it probably already has done one for you, but do one just in case) and start playing! Win XP is hugely customisable and half the fun is in exploring what you can do. When I went from Win 98 to XP I was a bit overwhelmed by the differences and it took me a week to start liking it but now I would not go back. Have fun! :-) |

But being a bit of a conservative sort of person I have found and chosen the classic looks of windows to which I am most accustomed to. Just in case I need to tweak here and there and I need to know where everything is!!!!!!! Thank you again for your help. I really mean it! |
