| 132178 | 2003-03-30 06:31:00 | Quite simply - Can I do it or something similar, prefferably between Linux and Doze machines? | Chilling_Silence (9) | ||
| 132179 | 2003-03-30 08:13:00 | Hey I don't have linux installed so I can't try this, however take a looksie here (www.winnetmag.com) Be cool if you could do it from Linux to Windows and even better from Windows to Linux! CyberChuck |

| 132180 | 2003-03-30 08:22:00 | Oh there is something I know there is. Just not sure what the command was. This was *nix to *nix though. Possibly might be a good idea to look for a general LAN chat type program. OR QuickChat the linux port ;) | -=JM=- (16) | ||
| 132181 | 2003-03-30 08:29:00 | Well.. it works in Linux :-) Qwik Chat works in Wine, and both Qwik Chat 3.02 and the hosting software run under WineX. Ive still gotta check how Linux handles the taskbar being flashed... Otherwise.. if you wanna try it, goto www.geocities.com and lemme know what you think.. Im still at square one though, if i decide not to use that.. as its not always running... |
