| 132791 | 2003-04-02 04:10:00 | Does anyone know if those of us telstra-clear 128k cable users are going to be switched over to 256k? As I see looking at their web site that they are raising the cap on their 256k cable to 10Gigabytes from May 1st. Looking at the price generator for popular packages (www.telstraclear.co.nz) it looks like my triple package should drop by aprox $12 from May 1st. Note the link for prices effective May 1st. | 132792 | 2003-04-02 04:27:00 | The letter I got yesterday from Telstra Clear on their new pricings makes no mention of the 128kbps plan, but does say that the triple service price for 256kbps will drop to $91.90 + $17 modem rental and the traffic allowance will increase to 10Gb. The assumption then is that they most probably hope that you will change over to the new plan rather than them changing you. |
