133542	2003-04-05 08:12:00	Hey all you computer whizz's need your help. I'm pretty sure I have some bugs in my computer. I have graphics resetting every time I start my computer. I'm losing programms of my main toolbar. Certain programs aren't working as they should. I want to back up my system with the essentials onto CD, and then reload them all after wiping the whole memory. What are the commands to reload all my programmes from the central set up of a blank computer???? Any help will be greatly appreciated..	M.Jackson (3531)

I believe you're going to want to take a look in the PressF1 FAQ, as there's a format/backup FAQ in there that you'll need. I believe you've gotta install each program individually, one after the other. So make sure you've got all the CD's before you format! > Any help will be greatly appreciated.. 133544	2003-04-05 08:44:00	Graphics setting reset every turn on and the programs load, all graphics reset to minimum setting. Paint won't work, missing DLL file. My norton anti-virus, zone alarm, nview disappear from the quick launch intermittently.	M.Jackson (3531)

Okay, this is likely something to do with your drivers for your display adapter... Could need updating or re-installing. > Paint > won't work, missing DLL file. This is probably due to a crash of Explorer. This may be due to a lot of things. nView.. So you have an nVidia card. What drivers have you got coz it'll probably pay to get the latest off the net.
