I don't have a Hotmail account, or a Passport account or a Yahoo account as they tend to have these heavy handed small print(s). It may even violate the privacy act anyway. So if I emailed a virus to my mate (for a laugh of course!) via Xtra, would they take ownership (although that would probably violate some other small print somewhere).

133398 2003-04-05 09:18:00 ha ha ha Greg....you bet i aint doin that...besides if you're that thick to do that then you probably wont be in Xtra in the first place ;)

But yeah its just a steppin stone for me.....keeping myself occupied with cups of coffee until something better comes along! :)

133399 2003-04-05 11:45:00 Whats to stop people when installing software or otherwise, to edit the EULA and then when the software asks you to agree to it, you can happily click yes because you have edited all the bad stuff out of it.

I believe the EULA is stored in a text file...not hard to edit.

Would this work??

DO NOT go to Paradise, they not like their customers returning junk E-mail in bulk.

DO NOT go to Clear they do not like their customers making a harmless posting to the newsgroup.

Why do they state that if they don't feel lucky enough to try it.

133402 2003-04-05 13:58:00 >>The question I would like answered would be is xtra going to let your contacts know that the contents of any communication can be used by xtra?

Very valid point!

133403 2003-04-05 14:01:00 >>I very much doubt Xtra would go through their mail servers (notice the plural - there is more than one of them) and read tonnes of different emails just to steal your top secret idea.
We all know there is more than one and why put that clause in there if they weren't prepared to use it.
