| 133785 | 2003-04-06 04:36:00 | i'm using communicator, contact uses ms outlook - recently the content of her mails are'nt "there", (no body to message) like when opened, only the addresses are there. have told her to check the options or whatever but "she doesn't know what to do" - neither do i - can anyone help please | jayal (1291) | ||

| 133787 | 2003-04-08 06:37:00 | Since this sounds like a recent problem it would be highly likely that installing new software or updates or changing settings on one of the computers has caused the problem. Is it just your emails that your contact cannot receive properly or emails from everybody? If it were me I would first of all have a go at sending the contact an email using Outlook or another email program (eg Eudora) rather than Communicator to see if Communicator was the problem. |
