| 1334232 | 2013-03-26 22:42:00 | help please, suddenly this morning the mouse refused to work. It was connected with/to a pin jack, replaced with an USB connection which worked for a while but has now stopped - I,m using the number pad to manoeuvre my way around, painfully slow, I've restarted, change ports around, can someone help please | jayal (1291) | ||
| 1334233 | 2013-03-26 22:47:00 | Try starting in Safe mode, reboot the Computer, keep tapping F8 till you get the options, using the arrow keys move to safe mode, press enter - does the mouse work or is it still non functioning. | wainuitech (129) | ||

Trying simply plugging into another usb post, on the back of the PC, while windows is running .Wait a few minutes & see if that helps Is the little red light on the bottom(underneath) of the mouse on ?? |

| 1334235 | 2013-03-27 00:14:00 | that was a bit of a nightmare getting in and out of safe mode WT, thanks anyway but no improvement - re the mouse, it's an older one but used to operate fine, lights on etc - funny that the keyboard operates normal while typing this - took an abnormally long time to reboot too, is that suspicious? |
