1309321 2012-10-29 11:28:00 Outlook 2010 on 2 pc's, Outlook 2003 on another, win live mail on the 4th. Also have several webmail accounts just to collect the junk. gmail.com and email.com. And get a copy on the phone. Iantech (16386)
1309322 2012-10-29 21:14:00 Thunderbird at home, yahoo webmail at work, and The android mail client everywhere else. I went to thunderbird mainly because I can add all 3 of my E-mail accounts to it and see one combined view, as I can with the android app. I eventually plan to forward both xtra E-mail accounts to my Gmail one and start migrating everything onto Gmail. I like the Idea of a portable e-mail not tied to an ISP, but after years of using my .xtra.co.nz accounts remembering all the things registered to them is a difficult task.

Also after playing with the new mail app in windows 8 I agree, it's very nice, handles all 3 accounts well, and has a clean look to it. One of the few new features that have impressed me right away.

1309323 2012-10-29 22:50:00 Outlook and gmail at work.
Outlook at home but most emails are checked on the Xtra website and dealt with over the web. Very seldom are they downloaded onto a computer.

1309324 2012-10-29 23:02:00 Thunderbird, but I forward all mail to gmail so that I can access it from the web.
I also have a couple of Yahoo accounts for junk like newsletters, promotions, etc.

1309326 2012-10-30 01:07:00 Gee lots of people using Gmail !

I understand the need for it (travelers etc)
But if I get an email from someone I don't know with a Gmail addy I tend to be a bit distrusting of them.

Me, too. I just don't open them.

Especially when the Director of the UN or the FBI use them.

Me? I'm thoroughly indoctrinated into Outlook.

What's with the hostility?
