| 1308336 | 2012-10-24 04:46:00 | I like stuff, though they do have a tendency to ctrl c ctrl v articles. Could anyone recommend some better news sites? lol As for apple, blah. They're running out of options because they're trying to compete in a market that steve jobs apparently never wanted to. Could see the iphone grow and the ipad shrink over the next couple iterations before becoming one single 'idevice'. And for android, EVERYTHING is better in america -_- Hell, look at the xbox app store. NOTHING was available but the youtube app over here in NZ at launch. I logged in to take a look when the new panel came out and laughed. Apple also limit what you can buy geographically. Albeit this is mostly in terms of tv shows and whatever else but hey I'm sure there's apps that do it too. But then, even steam is guilty of region based pricing and the like. So nothing new there really. Blah. all of it. |

Where MS needs to improve is in making sure every one knows the difference between the RT and x86 versions of the Surface. While most here know the difference I think in the general public it is a different story and I can see there being a large number of disappointed customers. |

| 1308339 | 2012-10-30 22:12:00 | recommended retail price of $479 for the 16GB model, $629 for the 32GB model and $779 for the 64GB model. 16GB - 32GB & 32GB - 64GB = $150 I know Apple aren't the only ones doing this but to me the difference is just price gouging because the difference in memory pricing isn't any where near that. |
