| 134009 | 2003-04-07 05:47:00 | Hi I encountered a problem in sending email direct from Word. When I click the email button from Word and then click 'Send', Outlook Express sending dialog box pops up but it could not connect to send out the message. It takes ages trying to connect but failed. The problem is, at this stage, I could not even terminate the send process by using 'Ctrl + Alt + Del' The moment I click 'End' button, OE starts another process, and it goes on and on .... I have to shut down my computer to terminate it from running. I'm using Office 2000 SP3 with Windows XP Pro SP1 and IE 6 SP1. However, I got no problem with Outlook Express sending/receiving messages independently. Can anyone help? Cheers |
