| 134340 | 2003-04-08 07:46:00 | Trying to install mandrake 9.0. The cd boots but the screen goes blank after the welcome screen. i've tried text install instead of graphical but the same lock-up happens. Am I holding by tongue wrong... doesn't matter much, just wanted to have a fiddle because of all the linux rave. Definitely not as easy as windows XP setup - that seems to install and run out of the box with any modern computer with a hard-drive. |
