| 134311 | 2003-04-08 06:34:00 | im using jetstart, have kerio firewall running and am using the latest bulltproof ftp. my problem is when downloading files of an ftp using passive mode, i can only download 1 file and then nothing happens. i have to get out of the programn and start it again. when not using passive mode, i cant download any files at all................help would be much appreciated floyd |

| 134312 | 2003-04-08 07:45:00 | I'd be inclined to wipe out the firewall rules that are currently set up for the ftp client. Then have another go with the ftp client set to active. I usually give ftp programs access on all ports for external traffic. |
