"This service is designed for light and occasional users and Maxnet reserves the right to withdraw the service from heavy users and offer alternative products." The is bull sh*t. So they say if you download the max 12228mb's a month, they have the right to cut your account? |

| 134628 | 2003-04-10 21:00:00 | Hmm.... I dunno, but I read that some ISP's will severely cap your downloading ability (Slow it down) if you begin to download 'excessive' amount of data 'over extended periods of time'. I want Jet Start though coz I garauntee I'll go over otherwise! |

After emailing Neuron's helpdesk & getting no replies my brother thought there was something wrong with his operating system & did a complete fresh install to find he still could'nt use file share program Direct Connect. Then he tried a different modem as he thought that may be the problem. Then he looked at this (neuron.net.nz) & all was revealed. He said it would have saved him a lot of time & grief if Neuron had 1.responded to emails he had sent them & 2. If they had emailed all their customers. Cheers Steve |
