134569 2003-04-09 12:50:00 Well first of all. The news.com site has not been "hi-jacked" it is just another page or a script modifying the original.

As for the actual text in the news. Well someone made that up. It's just like the pornolizers that you can get.

Thanks JM.
So one would only see it through that link on the Press F1 site, not via the original web site.

Careful Orac, I have said what sort of public tortue multilation and burning I think spammers should get!
If you make statements like your one above, you'll might be the next person named by fake news.

Remember; keep your heads down, don't speak your mind, and whatever you do, don't do anything notable. Its the only safe way to be.
Bollicks to that!

134574 2003-04-09 21:15:00 It amazes me how many people fail to see this fake news article for what it is: A joke!!!

Just over a week ago (April 1st) most people were actually amused at such pranks . Maybe certain Press F1'ers are a little too busy being geeks the other 654 .

Lighten up!

search.microsoft.com 2e%70%72%65%73%73%66%31%2e%63%6f%2e%6e%7a

That would appear to be Microsoft linking to PRessf1.

or this

go.msn.com 2e%70%72%65%73%73%66%31%2e%63%6f%2e%6e%7a
