134791 2003-04-10 05:06:00 chk out www.p2p.net.nz floyds (3095)
134792 2003-04-10 07:14:00 he doesnt mean the nz p2p, he really means Direct Connect.

look at your router manufacturer's website first... with a very very small amount of effort you would have found this:

www.dynalink.co.nz

134793 2003-04-10 07:18:00 also are you using the firewall on the router or a silly little cute firewall like zonealarm or blackice?

here's another site to look at:
http://www.nzdsl.co.nz/

and the ports you want to open for direct connect are 411, 412, 1411 and 1412.

then go and get a dynamic dns account at a service like no-ip.com, download an ip updating program (no-ip.com has their own one, i'm not sure about other dynamic dns services) and set yourself up a host redirect, eg me.no-ip.org

then open up your direct connect client and go into the settings, go to your connection options, set it to active, in the ip field put your host addy eg me.no-ip.org and in the port field put in 1412
