| 135141 | 2003-04-11 23:06:00 | when surfing the 'net my screen "freezes".the only way to get back is to click back to exolorer again. i have spoken to xtra and microsoft help desks but none of their suggestions help the problem.this seems to happen approx every 5mins.can you offer any suggestions?? | trevor (1594) | ||

Try downloading, installing and running Spybot (security.kolla.de) to see if you have picked up some spyware. READ the Help file in Spybot to learn how it works before running it and accept everything that Spybot recommends to clean up your computer. If you still have problems post back for more advice. |
