Hi there, I am looking for an application that will log calls made by multiple single line auto dialing devices. These devices dial into a VoIP box. I have set these up to auto dial our modem each day so we know if they are running. If they are not we can fix them before the customer complains. Now I need an application that will record the SLAD's calls so that we can monitor these each day without having to be present at the time the call is made.
Does anyone know if such an application exists? |
