| 135952 | 2003-04-15 06:01:00 | Im not sure if all TV-Tuner cards are like this, but for the now, Ive gone and bought an adapter, that goes from the RCA leads on the VCR into a 3.5mm male plug that's going into the Line-In port on my PC. That's how I get sound from external sources, but what about TV? Currently there's no sound coming from it at all? Video for both sources is fine. Where do I begin? Cheers Chilling_Silence |

| 135953 | 2003-04-15 06:15:00 | there should be sound out on your tv card, soundout from tv card to your sound card. plug like you get with headfones and mic's and stuff. So the cable runs from ya tv turner card to line in on your sound card. |

There is usually a 3.5mm plug lead packed with the TV card. Of course then you will have to manually change the plugs to use the other audio sources, or build a switch box to changeover the source. TV sound is usually mono. |
