| 135740 | 2003-04-14 10:36:00 | I seem to have been invaded by a browser HiJack from http://tjem . com which has a 'pass through' effect and opens up a tool bar everytime I open my browser . Have tried Ad Aware and Norton and cannot get rid of it . Has anyone any ideas??? *It's driving me mad* |

| 135744 | 2003-04-14 10:44:00 | You have had the "lop" browser helper install itself. The answer is on their homepage, look here (lop.com) for help. If that doesnt work, post back there are other utilities to use to remove it, but they are sometimes harder to locate. |
