| 136198 | 2003-04-16 04:28:00 | Hi, I had occasion a while back to do a clean re-install of Windows ME on my Dell laptop ... during which I chose the laptop installation and I dont have Windows Themes. Now when I go to Add/Remove Programmes I can go in and check the Themes box but when I tell it I have a CD (which is a Re-installation disc) and point it to the CD nothing happens for me, it doesn't seem to know where to look and neither do I ... any suggestions?
