| 136845 | 2003-04-19 03:16:00 | Unplug scanner,go into safe mode (F8 on start after the memory test) and right click my computer. Choose properties and then harware TAB. Click on your scanner to open the branch out and if it is listed more than once , delete all of thoses listed. Restart, load any drivers that are required, then plug in scanner.
