| 136802 | 2003-04-18 20:38:00 | I use Windows2000. I know it's possible to log off one user and log another on and remain connected to the Internet throughout. I want this functionality back, how do I do it again? | ADD1 (3626) | ||
| 136803 | 2003-04-18 22:00:00 | This is for XP but might also apply to Win 2000 The following entry will stop the prompt to shut down the connection when changing users under Windows XP. This enables a permanent internet connection with multiple users on your PC under Windows XP. Start/Run/Regedit HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon Then right-click the right-hand pane, select New/String Value. Name the value KeepRasConnections and set it to 1. |
