| 136646 | 2003-04-18 05:02:00 | Hi ---When I view digital photos on the monitor the are very dark with shadows completely black. Photos downloaded off the net are also of extreme contrast. When the photos are printed they are perfect without editing. The game "Max Payne" is so dark on default I have to wind the brightness up to max. I realise now it has always been like this but did not bother me before (game excepted) until photo editing. I have the monitor on max brightness and played with the contrast with out success. Monitor is a 19inch PC Company of unknown manufacture and is under 2 years old. Card is a Niv GeForce 2Mx/Mx400. Is it just a poor product. Thanks in advance for any help. |

In my geforce 2 GTS it is under video card name TAB and colour correction. Otherwise, it is a problem most likely with the monitor. | Pheonix (280) | ||
