| 137313 | 2003-04-20 08:56:00 | Hi All, Running Win XP Pro. All was well until I loaded Service pak 1. Then my computer locks up on connection to my service provider. Sometimes imediatly, also in Outlook express and internet Explorer. ON reboot I can usually get thru OK. Have reformatted to remove Service pak 1 but the problem continues. Tried everything I can think of. Any Ideas please . Peter |

| 137316 | 2003-04-20 16:25:00 | I did the uninstall from add/remove. As this was not successful and the lockups continued, I reformated my hard drive and reloaded XP. The problem continues. Peter |
