137004 2003-04-19 10:02:00 Is there a way to find out which program(s) use a specific .dll on a W98 system, or which one installed it?

Here is an example from my C:\Windows\System folder
anticipator.dll

137006 2003-04-19 11:22:00 I have tried Process Viewer, but it only shows running modules. The example I mentioned is not running at the moment. I have tried starting other programs to see if it becomes active, without any luck.
AIDA32 lists it but doesn't show any details on it either.
ArchiveDLL from AnalogX doesn't pick it as being unnecessary, so some program must need it.
The only solution (brutal) I can think of is to rename it and wait for the error message.

137008 2003-04-19 12:41:00 I am led to believe aniticipator.dll is used by Kazaa. godfather (25)
137009 2003-04-19 15:39:00 That makes two of us.

anticipator.dll comes from or was installed by Kazaa.

I don't use Kazaa myself but a search using Google with "anticipator.dll" threw up a few bits of useful information.

As I have never used Kazaa I did some looking and found the answer.
This dll is installed by VCatch.
If you use this program look in the Install.log for it.
