| 137166 | 2003-04-23 21:45:00 | It is looks like I go into a wrong way. The price of which you supply me(The shop located at Taupo) is between 2K~3K. It should more suitable for NZ market. Thanks for you guys friendly and non-friendly suggestions. I am going to think about that business again. Yes, I find out sell it is the easy part, difficult is support system. I can not establish a whole support system by myself:( I probably try something with few support products, MD or Digi Camera, MP3 ect. Do you have some suggestion about that kind of products, nomatter friendly or not. Still thanks everybody's reply. I like this forum more because many people reply me very quick and with a deep thinking. Yes, you are right, I am not quite clear known NZ market. | 137167 | 2003-04-23 21:53:00 | K. I just want to let it be known, nobody is attacking KEASY, it is just that his service is as follows: Laptops that are more expensive than you can find in NZ Laptops with japanese characters on keyboards Laptops that do not come with NZ warrenty Laptops that do not have secure paying methods Laptops that are a LOT less powerfull than you can find for same price Laptops that have 10.4 inch screens which IMHO shouldn't even be classed as a PC I think it is good that he is trying to set up a buisness but what I just told everybody are facts. If everybody said "WOW THOSE LAPTOPS ARE GREAT, AMAZING DEAL, IM LAYING DOWN 3 GRAND FOR THIS RIGHT NOW" just to make him feel better would not help him. By explaining why nobody in their right mind would want to purchase a laptop off him helps him in the long run set up a successful buisness. |

| 137170 | 2003-04-24 05:09:00 | EK, some people have developed businesses on trademe.co.nz look under like Sony, Nokia, Nikon. Businesses who import apply nz warranties for customers - 12months (a shop as well as online). www.etown.co.nz those who do not give nz warranties live overseas and sell via web like trademe. ie.. aussie or like singapore. there are also private individuals who buy stuff abroad and sell here be it from asia assie or others. they sell in trademe.co.nz so check www.trademe.co.nz out. from my knowledge people don't jus buy since its light and trendy. this are the secondary bits. the primary bits are up to date wif the market, and fast and new, features and high spec'd like megapixels, zoom, size in mem card, quality reviews. there are some ads which have no warranty so search for sony, nikon out. i remem sometime they had a nikon d100 for sale wif jap warranty for like $3k reserve, nz shops sells $5k i think. do start doing some work for urself than jus relying on ur questions on this forum. so u can see for urself. |
