1335506 2013-04-04 10:17:00 Does anyone else have this netbook running on the original Windows XP install?
Bought one today that has been wiped and I want the recovery disks.
Anyone able to assist?

Any reason why you need the recovery disk? Given that you'd need an external CD drive to use the disks I think it would be easier to install XP and download the drivers separately.

I already have the external cd drive.

1335510 2013-04-05 02:59:00 If its similar to the one I fixed (the 311-1110TU), I had to slipstream the Nvidia sata drivers (since its on AHCI by default, there's no option / no way to disable it in the BIOS). In the end I installed Win7 32 bit on it. Which has the drivers Speedy Gonzales (78)
