1309945 2012-10-31 21:59:00 What up all

I'm doing a research paper for my Diploma in ICT course, on "User Habits Around File Sharing"

I've set up a survey that I would appreciate as many of you as possible were to complete

Here's the link:

www.surveymonkey.net

Thanks for your time

1309946 2012-10-31 22:00:00 I know that there are a few other threads here with surveys as well. We're all in the same class, so we're going to most of the same websites to get responses for our surveys 123zane321 (16935)

should be some interesting results from this one ;)

1309948 2012-10-31 22:09:00 And sorry, nobody will be winning a free iPad from this survey 123zane321 (16935)
1309949 2012-10-31 22:43:00 Isn't the 'have you ever downloaded illegal content' question a bit too black and white? I've occasionally downloaded a thing or two I shouldn't have but I don't like the idea that I'd be lumped in with the pay for nothing pirates that are around. 8ftmetalhaed (14526)

And here I was starting to think it was some new type of spam.

Or do you get money for each person who completes the survey?

1309951 2012-10-31 23:20:00 To save me doing the survey, I'll post here. No for all. I cant be bothered with file sharing programs, or sites Speedy Gonzales (78)

Thank you for your feedback. This is the first online survey I have done for an assessment, and I realise that I could have worded the question a bit better. I suppose I could have made it a multichoice question with a sliding scale

No, its not spam, and no, we're not getting paid for this. It's just for an assessment we're doing in class, we have to do research on an IT topic and present it as a conference paper
