And dont forget, most cyclists are actually also car drivers. I still get p8ssed off when lycra clad cylists ride 3 abreast and block the road . Yes this still happens, often. :lol: Back to original topic ?? I would bet that there is a bit more to the story. Traffic cops arnt going to hand out a ticket for not stopping unless the driver didnt actually stop. |
