Let em figure out where they went wrong, Then arm themselves with that information for the future. Armchair experts be damned. I bet the rescuers in Napier didn't go and check the OSH regulations. They just got stuck in and rescued people.. |

Clearly a different framework needs to be in place for disasters. As for Napier, They didn't have excavators, high rise panel buildings, or numbnuts contractors trying to over ride trained personnel.Its a weak comparison. |
